I’m lost, Where are you!?
There has been a lot of confusion around where we are located, but fret no more! You may park on the surface lot on the back side of the 500N building. The entrance is on the southeast corner of the building. There are three stairs leading up to the door which enters a room with a staircase going down. Head down the stairs and you’ll be in the right place!
I’ve never done spinning or indoor cycling before, will I be able to keep up?
The intensity of your Watts indoor cycling class is controlled entirely by you. The resistance knob is located on each bike. If you need to, lessen the resistance and keep on pedaling! If you’re feeling great, crank it up and forge on. Higher resistance means more results!
What should I wear?
Something you’re not afraid to sweat in! Baggy clothes can get in the way, so we recommend tight/spandex pants, crops, or shorts.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend bringing a small towel and a water bottle, but water is available for purchase.
Do you have changing rooms?
Yes, Watts does have changing rooms/bathrooms where you can change for class.
Do I need a reservation?
We do accept walk-ins, but warn you that if the class is full, all bikes will be given to riders with reservations. We will begin to release reserved but unclaimed bikes 5 minutes before class. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted over the phone or online, so please purchase a valid class/class pack in order to make a reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled online and must be cancelled 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of that class, or a $10 fee for monthly unlimited riders.
When should I arrive?
If it is your first indoor cycling class, we recommend arriving at Watts 15-20 minutes prior to class to get acquainted with bike set-up and singed in. All riders should arrive no later than 5 minutes in advance as unclaimed bikes will be given to those on the wait list 5 minutes prior to the start of class.
Do I need bike shoes?
Bike shoes are not required, but are recommended.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds, so please do not purchase classes unless you know you will use them. We do offer exchanges so you can apply the value of a previously purchased class pack to another if you wish.
