MicahBorn & raised in the circle city, Micah fell in love with fitness in 2013 after losing over 50lbs. With the help of running, Zumba and educating herself in health & wellness, Micah has since lived a regularly healthy lifestyle. Over time she’s grown to love cycling and yoga, which are currently her favorite ways to sweat. Outside of teaching, she is building her brand, FitGalSal, to help others learn to live a healthy life without sacrificing the “living” piece of the puzzle.
